Privacy Notice
Last updated: 2026-11-01This notice explains what information Drama Pie receives, how it is used, and where it is stored. We collect only what the Service needs, we do not sell or share personal information as defined under applicable privacy law except in connection with a merger or acquisition, and we do not run advertising or behavioral tracking.
1. What we collect
- Account information: sign-in identifier, display name, and details you choose to provide.
- Usage records: point transactions and records of generation tasks and outputs, used for billing and troubleshooting.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser user-agent and similar technical identifiers, and request time, used for security and incident diagnosis.
2. What we do not do
We do not include third-party advertising or behavioral tracking scripts, and we do not use your content to train our models; we require our model providers not to train on it either. We disclose information only where required by law or necessary to protect the Service and the safety of others, and only to the extent necessary.
We share information with service providers that host infrastructure, handle sign-in (Google OAuth), and run model inference. Prompts, uploaded material, and generated media are sent to model providers to produce results.
3. Cookies
Sign-in relies on one essential cookie (dp_sso) that keeps you signed in across product pages and the account page. Language preference relies on another functional cookie (dp_lang) that only records the interface language you chose. Neither is used for advertising. Clearing them is equivalent to signing out or resetting your language preference.
4. Where content is stored
- Uploaded material and generated media are stored in your workspace storage.
- Canvas layout and node relationships are stored locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.
- Model calls are proxied by the server; model provider credentials are never sent to the browser.
5. Your choices
You can request export or deletion of your content through the contact option on the account page. After deletion, related outputs and records are removed from storage within a reasonable period, except for records we must retain by law, such as billing transactions.
6. Minors
The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use it. If we learn that a minor is using it, we will close the account.
7. Changes and contact
