Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your sign-in credentials safe; activity under your account is treated as yours. If you discover someone else is using your account, contact us through the contact option on the account page as soon as possible.

2. Points and payment

• Plans grant points monthly. Top-up packs add points that expire with the current plan period, and both draw from the same points balance.
• Points are deducted by actual usage: image output per image, video output per clip or per second. The unit price is shown before generation.
• Points are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn, and have no cash value. Balances and prices are denominated in USD. Monthly plan points expire at the end of the plan period.
• Except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law, consumed points are not refundable. If a generation fails because of a service fault and produces no output, the unused points are credited back to your points balance.

3. Your content

As between you and us, material you upload and results you generate belong to you. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and process that content solely to provide the Service, for as long as it is stored in the Service. Generated media is stored in your workspace; Canvas projects are stored locally in your browser.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, do not:

• upload or generate content that violates applicable law, or infringes any third party's likeness or image rights, copyright, or other rights;
• create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes or impersonation intended to deceive, or content that sexualizes minors;
• use automation to bypass point charges, mass-register accounts, or interfere with service stability;
• resell or sublease the Service, or offer a similar service built on top of it.

5. Changes and suspension

We continuously adjust models, features, and prices. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. If you breach these terms, we may limit or suspend your account. If we terminate the Service or your account for reasons other than your breach, unused purchased points will be refunded; points consumed or granted for a period already used are not refundable.

6. Disclaimer

Generated results come from models and may be biased, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for judging them and accept the consequences of using them. We work to keep the Service available, but, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control or by interruptions of upstream model providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Updates to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
